Christmas Memorials

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace!

As we draw close to the Season of Advent and the Christmas festivals we prepare for, some of of may find ourselves missing the people who are no longer with us in person, but still dwell within our hearts.  Both congregations have a long standing tradition of honoring those people during the Sundays leading up to Christmas Eve.  Boiestown lights the Memorial Tree on our front step.  St Thomas has a tree decorated with angels in their sanctuary.

You can find the letters for both events below.  Many of you will have received a copy already, but we need to be "creative" with the postal strike.  Provided we hear from you in time, we will add the names of your loved ones to the Prayers of the People during the last two Sundays of Advent.  You can make donations online using the links above, or arrange for drop off or pick up, if you are close enough, by email or messages to either congregation's Facebook page.

May this season be one of blessing as we give thanks for the friends, family, and community that lift us up, and for the gift of the baby Jesus, who inspires us in peace, hope, hoy, and love.
