Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ, our source of Joy and Grace!
I hope this summer finds you and your's well. It's been a rainy spring, but summer is here, school is out, and it's time to change gears.
The first way we get into summer mode is by moving our worship service to 10am for the months of July and August. It will be one hour cooler in the sanctuary, and give us an extra hour to spend time in the wonders God has created for us: gardens, patios, and the river.
There will be no more after school program until there is a school to be after. HOWEVER, we are having a VBS program with the Anglicans and Roman Catholics. Our Lady of Annunciation will host this year at their church on August 18-21 from 1-4pm. We'll run a little late on the 21st with pizza after presenting to the parents. Please reach out to any of the participating churches if you are interested.
Finally, I will be hosting a series of lightly organized activities over the summer including tubing on the Miramichi, BBQ potlucks at the park in Boiestown, and group visits to our local museums to learn our history... possibly with ice cream. Stay tuned to our Facebook pages for more (links in the menu).
May God bless your summer that it might be a time of rest and growth.
